Tub was dirty alerted front desk and they changed us to a dirtier room and said that the tub being dirty is a housekeeping problem. Sheets and bed were clean but the floor was disgusting. Overall the hotel needs renovating.

Yes they have the fruit, they have juices and oatmeal, along with milk and coffee. They have all of the amenities. A swimming pool, small gym, laundry. Access to wifi and computer with printer scanner and fax. What make best Western above the others is the hospitality, cleanliness and breakfast. It's a rotating meal from day to day. On one day they may offer breakfast burritos fixings, or omelettes, biscuits and gravy with sausage patties. It all depends on the day as to what they offer. The menu is always posted. It's really nice to wake up in the morning I know that you will have a good breakfast to start your day. Love it.

Wäre da nicht die junge Dame Abi am Empfang, die nicht nur unhöflich sonder geradezu unverschämt ist. Sie gibt den Gästen das Gefühl von nicht willkommen sein, ist abweisend und bestimmt eine Fehlbesetzung an einem Empfang. Eigentlich wollten wir eine zweite Nacht bleiben, haben uns aber wegen der inkompetenten Arbeitskraft ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
