Absolute clown show. We stayed here for NYE because the kids wanted a pool and they advertised a year round pool. Come to find out the water temperature was 64 degrees. No one apologized, they just said we will work on it. We had no hot water in the room, I asked the front desk and they said it was fixed. Welp, I tried to shower and it was freezing cold. The TV didn't work and the phone didn't work so I had to walk to walk to the front desk or use my cell phone. This was no where near the quality of any other embassy suites I stayed at. I emailed the Hilton customer care center twice and no one from the hotel replied so I'm writing this review.

We had some major inconveniences during our stay here. First of all, the year-round heated pool was closed throughout our whole stay. We asked staff multiple times when it was going to be reopened and they kept saying it was going to be fixed soon but it wasn’t, which is super unfortunate as it was one of the biggest selling points of the hotel for us.
In addition, and my biggest complaint, housekeeping didn’t come to our room any of the SIX days we stayed at this hotel. We told the front desk every day and all they could offer were more clean towels and promises that the housekeeping would come the next day. We left our room before 7:30 every morning and didn’t have the sign on the door so I don’t really understand why they wouldn’t clean our room.
Lastly, the microwave in our room wasn’t working well. We had had enough of the people at the front desk by the time we realized this (by trying to pop popcorn and it would work and then stop) so we didn’t happen to tell them. Maybe housekeeping will find our half-popped popcorn if they ever bother to go in our room to turn it over to the next guests!
Oh yeah, a couple more complaints about our room because I’m not actually done; the TVs in our room only had live TV, which is okay except for the other 99% of the population who wants to watch their streaming services on it. Since every hotel I’ve recently stayed at recently allowed Airplay or Casting I didn’t bring an HDMI cable to connect my computer thinking SURELY there would be SOMEWAY to watch Netflix without having to bring my own cable and computer but no, we had to go out and buy one. And, finally, the bathroom. We got a suite and had four people staying in our room. We all shared one bathroom, which is normally okay for us and was what we were expecting except that the bathroom didn’t have a separate toilet/shower divider. We had to divvy up time in the bathroom (because everyone had to leave whenever someone had to use the toilet) and had multiple instances of people walking in on others because of the lack of locks and only basic sliding doors into the bathroom from both conjoined rooms. What happened to privacy? hello? The shower also (appeared to be) broken and so it took some finicking with the knob to get it to turn on at all and there was a severe lack of hot water, with us having to turn the knob (weirdly) four whole rotations (4x360 degrees) to get it to spit out any, and, even then, it was lukewarm at best. The water pressure was also low in the sink and we ran out of shampoo by the fourth day (from the lack of housekeeping). Overall a terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Would not recommend.

The house keeping is lacking. Sofa bed is really dirty with food residue when we first enter the room. They didn't change our towels for our 1st day. They don't change bedsheets during your stay. The bedding smells like moisture or something.
On our last day, she even knocked the door at 8AM to wake us up saying she need to do room cleaning!? (Shouldn't that happen after we checked out at 11AM? Why do you need to wake us up to do so?)
There are some rooms with noisy HVAC.
We stayed in room 212 and found their HVAC is weirdly installed vertically in the wall. When the HVAC starts to run, it sounds like a truck engine right in your room. Fortunately, we stayed here during the winter, and the heat from the hallways made the room reaching 71F so we didn't need to turn on our HVAC at all.
Before we change to this room, we visited the room 220 for a brief time, the HVAC there was very quiet.
Pro:
* The front desk staff are always nice.
* Right next to the bus AB2 to the airport (if they are still running).
* Reasonable prices.
* Breakfast included.

While all of your employees have made my experience awesome, I am going to call out with specifics in more details a few I had more interaction with during my stays both last weekend and this one.
In all of their different roles from Braxton and Jake who immediately welcomed me and recognized and acknowledged me during my stay accommodating any special need I had, to Cynthia taking awesome care of my room and making sure that I could call upon her if there was anything else I needed They went above and beyond in their service. They did not hesitate to assist me . Then, I had the pleasure of enjoying a great dining experience while watching Temple handle your happy hour like a boss so smoothly. So impressed by her skills. I also want to recognize Keith and Kaleb making having a cocktails and buffet breakfast at the bar such a pleasant experience. In my opinion, these people are what make your hotels in Boulder stand out. You have a winning team. They are keepers and what will continue to keep you successful with their combined personal touches. Also why I will continue to come back. Lastly, your cheese steak sandwich is phenomenal. I am officially addicted. Compliments to the chef. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Boulder, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the overall experience.
I especially want to recognize Kory Peterson, the Housekeeping Manager, who went far above and beyond to help recover a lost item that was incredibly valuable to my family and me. His kindness, persistence, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier — and truly helped make our Christmas much, much better. It’s rare to encounter someone who puts that level of effort into helping a guest, and I’m deeply grateful for everything he did to get the item back to us.
Beyond that, every staff member we interacted with was kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. The common spaces, hallways, and our room were all in immaculate condition. The housekeeping team was clearly on top of every detail, and it showed throughout our stay.
Our experience was so positive that this will absolutely be the only place we stay when visiting Boulder in the future. Thank you to Kory and the entire Embassy Suites team for such an outstanding experience.
