  There is a family that owns three units on the third floor and are completely disrespectful to the neighbors below on the second floor. They run through the halls and it sounds like they wrestle all evening. After trying to speak with them, they continue to jump on the floor, run, etc. even more in retaliation for asking for some respect. The dishes rattle in the cabinets and our children were awaken multiple times in the night. It is sad that owners in this building have so little respect for others.

  My stay at Kiva was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience exceptional were Josh and Jayden. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and that I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Their professionalism combined with their friendly, welcoming attitude made such a difference and elevated the entire experience. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Kiva, and especially working with Josh and Jayden!

  We have people in the condo upstairs being super loud and the the numbers posted for Guest services are useless, call the posted number and they make me call another number, which also make me call another number, all sending me to the front desk and non knowing the Kiva doesn’t have a front desk service after hours. And telling me there is nothing they can do… awful service.
