- HLHilary LeeJan 21, 20222.0If you and your family are interested in sleeping this is not the place for you. Poor construction and insulation mean you can hear every step from the neighbors above. We were lucky enough to have a jet-lagged child wake us up daily at 3am, 5am, 7am. Hot tubs were not heated. Deluxe unit had old broken cabinets and dated carpet. 5 stars for location.
