  I'm an intimate wedding and elopement photographer and Ana and Sam's day here was so beautiful and easeful! Especially loved going back into the trees by the river for their portraits :)

  I made a reservation here more than a month ago and paid around $1600 for 3 nights. Arrived today and was instructed that my room was on the second floor. Well, found out the room was 2 levels below the lobby. There are 2 other rooms here and the rest are storage rooms and the parking! When reached out to the desk, they said they “understand” but cannot do anything! High price for the worst experience that I’ve ever had!

  The rooms are ill equipped to use if you have any plans of eating not in a restaurant. No plates, bowls, or utensils are provided, there is no microwave and only wine glasses and an ice bucket and small fridge. As a parent traveling with children I was expecting more from a "kitchenette" and when I called the front desk about getting some plates and utensils for the food that we ordered through the promotion emails (resort delivery) I was told that they could not provide them. I was also told that I could not transfer into another room (if there are even rooms that have these basic necessities). Overall really disappointed in the marketing as well as the lack of options available for people who are traveling with children or just don't want to eat out for every meal. We will not be returning even though the lodge is nice.

  We had our dream wedding at the Charter back in September, and it was absolutely perfect. The room we booked was fantastic, and the location was ideal for friends and family to stay. The weather was perfect, and the Charter itself was the perfect venue for our special day. From the cocktail hour welcome party to our ceremony and reception, every moment was more than I could have ever imagined. Courtney was an incredible coordinator, ensuring that everything we requested was meticulously executed. They also introduced us to our vendors, and each and every one of them exceeded our expectations. Our friends and family still rave about how amazing our wedding was and how beautiful the Charter was. We hope to return to the Charter for one of our anniversaries and maybe even to go snowboarding sometime!

  Our stay at the Charter at Beaver Creek was very enjoyable. The lodge is warm and welcoming. All of the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the lodge's spa facilities, with the newly remodeled pools and hot tubs, pristine locker rooms, saunas and spas. We thoroughly enjoyed a deep relaxing massage provided by Holly and Corrine. Our experience is memorable and we plan to return. Thank you!
