  Just returned from an 8 day ski vacation with my family in Beaver Creek. We loved the mountain and the ski school and everyone had a great time. The condo we rented was not as great - East West Hospitality manages this property and we have major issues with their staff. Our condo unit was on the second floor and was only accessible by stairs - no elevator. That's fine for our day-to-day, but at check in and check out we expected some assistance with our bags. Despite multiple requests we were left on our own to carry our bags up and down the stairs. Not the kind of service we expected. Even worse than lugging our bags up a flight of stairs, we arranged for a mid-week cleaning of our condo. After some confusion, the front desk confirmed that the cleaning was included. When we checked out, they charged us $205 for the cleaning they had said was included. When I protested that they had said it was included, they deceived me into giving them a credit card to pay for other "incidentals", and promised not to charge the credit card for the disputed cleaning fee. As soon as we left they charged our credit card! There are plenty of other places to stay in Beaver Creek, I would recommend picking one of the other excellent properties if you plan to stay at this great resort. Avoid Villa Montane and their unhelpful, poorly trained staff.

  Beautiful rooms. Not quite ski-out but definitely ski-in. Great staff
