  UNIT #416 ------ We loved this place. The condo has 3 bedrooms - a king downstairs, with a queen and two twin beds upstairs. I don't know how that is not clear in the pictures, but hopefully this helps anyone staying in the future. The kitchen is well appointed, with all the utensils you will need to prepare meals. The mattresses are comfy (firm) and the heater worked very well. We really appreciated the late checkout the day we departed, it really helped us out. The facility is very nice. Lots of common area game rooms space on the bottom floor. The ski storage was also very nice. One thing to note about the shuttles - you have to download an app and reserve it. It only runs to/from beaver creek between 8:05-10:55 ----- then 13:00-14:30 ---- and finally 15:30-16:30 (17:30 fri/sat) at the end of the day. We could work around it but it was a bit stressful worrying about getting back to the condo with our young kids. The shuttle driver jeff was great, he came back up to the village after i made the mistake of reserving the shuttle to the village instead of from the village at the end of a long ski day. Jeff saved the day after realizing this and called me to confirm a pickup was needed. 5 stars for that move for sure!! One other thing to note is that the shuttle to vail was only offered at 07:35 & 11:15 and from vail 11:35 & 15:00. I would have liked to know this information beforehand, so that is why i am leaving it in the review for any future guests. More things we loved about the place: great showers/bath tubs in all 3 bathrooms, very clean!!! - great washer dryer - humifier provided in closet (was a huge help for louisiana people in the mountains) - beautiful view of the town of avon - very quiet and peaceful place - ample parking - great location. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!!!!

  Stayed at the Ascent while in town visiting friends and had an awesome time. Some minor complaints with the unit itself (creaky floors) but overall everything was well appointed and clean. Similarly, the amenities were quite nice, with a pool table and more games in addition to a large indoor pool. I will say the hot tub maybe needs to get looked at - the air intake pipes for the jets were incredibly loud and left marks on your body if you got too close. Location was similarly great with a shuttle up to Beaver Creek. Would stay here again!
