- ARAdam RamjiFeb 16, 20264.0Rafael was amazing. He did a great job communicating. Also the new lady, I think Elisa(?) was also great. However, Jenny, had horrible customer service. She was rude and condescending. We checked out the pool table balls and returned them 2 min late. And boy….did we hear an earful. She said we should have read the entire booklet when we checked in. Also, check out is at 10am. We got out of the elevator at 10:09am. And again..we were rudely reprimanded. Outside of her, and the reason this is 4 stars, not 5, all was great.

The one bedroom we stayed in accommodated us nicely and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was missing a coffee pot, but when mentioned to the front desk it was immediately provided. We would love to stay here again.
