  I stayed at Home2 on August 17th-19th. I was a little upset about their policy on one payment but understood. Kitandi was extremely helpful and showed patience for my medical issues. Nice rooms but a tad pricey. I was not happy about how cold the room was and took an entire day to warm which for the price is not desirable. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Great location for UC which is why I was there.

  They do not have hot water in showers. They are aware of the problem but say it cannot be fixed. The front desk supervisor Khaja is rude to adults and children.

  They messed up our reservations a few times & wanted us to pay an incidental fee twice because of their mistakes. Why would anyone set a 3-4 day consecutive hotel stay as 3-4 separated reservations…. Get it together & learn when you are wrong.

  Unfortunately, the behavior of the lady at the front desk was unacceptable. She was very rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke and interacted with me. This made the experience uncomfortable and did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect. I believe respectful communication is very important, especially at the front desk, as it is the first point of contact for guests. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward.

  Awful experience still waiting on the manager to get back to me left my details 2 days ago, the hotel is not in a very good area to so be careful
