    I had to stay here for 4 nights for a work conference. The entire time, the elevators did not work and no signs of any fixing it by the time I left. I was on the 5th floor. One elevator completely out of service; the other, if someone hits the Up button while you are riding it, it will always go back down to the first floor without stopping at any floors. Once we figure that out, we had to have alliances on the first floor guarding the button, and go up in batches. Typical sub-par hot buffet breakfast - runny scrambled eggs, a mildly warm potato variety, and a meat (bacon, sausage). Lady bug infestation in my room. Loose outlets and foul smells in my colleagues rooms. Sometimes the staff was nice! Got two waters one day. Another day they said they were out of waters, none downstairs. Wait staff said they were out of cream cheese cups. TV in the room had some cable channels and HBO but no option to sign into streaming services. Overall the experience was sub-par and the staff were pretty nice. Probably will avoid HGIs in the future and for sure, this one.

    I will update again later but as someone with occasional mobility issues being STRANDED at the hotel pickup outside on a metal bench for an hour because I find NO notes about needing to call for a shuttle in my email or on the site, their "digital assist" errors when I tried to use it to get the phone number to call the hotel, no one responds to inquiries when transferred to the facilities. It's starting off VERY disappointing.

    I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member, staying at Hilton properties for nearly twenty years of my business travel. I have stayed at this location a dozen times or so over the years when my travels take me to Denver. This is the last night I will be spending at this property. The reason I stay at Hilton Garden Inn properties is for the great breakfast with made to order eggs etc. It has always been part of the brand definition. When I checked in to this location I was informed that breakfast was no longer included. I remined them that I was a Lifetime Diamond.... [both people behind the desk had that deer in the headlights look]. Zero acknowledgment of my status, zero recognition of my membership in the Hilton Honors program,, zero waters, zero anything. How did this property decline so much since my last stay? This is the final day of fifteen days on the road, every night in a hotel. This was the only Hilton stay I scheduled. The others are all at IHG branded properties. Pay attention Hilton. I have no status at IHG, but they ALWAYS acknowledge and thank me for being a member. They ALWAYS hand me two waters and two bags of snacks. Whoever manages this property needs to be sent back for remedial training.
