With clean rooms and a convenient location, I wanted to give this hotel a better review. My favorite aspect of the stay was the fitness center. It was spacious, with 6 cardio machines, a cable machine, dumbbells, and kettlebells. One of the elevators was down for the duration of my stay. Not a huge deal, but looking through other reviews, it seems that it has been out for a while, which starts to feel neglectful. I had some issues with the staff as well. They were a bit rude at check in. At one point, the water was out in the fitness center. Not a big deal, I was in there at 5 am, and it was quickly refilled, so they get a plus there. The water fountain in the lobby was flashing to replace the filter. When I reported the issue, they had maintenance turn off the light. People refilling their waters have no way of knowing whether they are drinking clean water or not. They offered me bottled water, but I try to avoid needlessly creating more trash, so I instead went out of my way to refill in the fitness center. Changing a water filter should not be a big ask.
Overall, I would stay here again, but Hilton normally has higher standards than this.

The Front Desk concierge, Octavia is literally the most professional, cool headed, kind person I’ve ever experienced while at a hotel. Especially one that is as busy as this! She was able to manage multiple people booking at once, was extremely knowledgable of each shuttle and the shuttle times she was able to advise guests what would be the best option. Honestly, give this girl a raise. She is a hard worker and seriously made the whole stay flawless.

Edie manager in bar has no clue how to handle her people. We ate at the bar last night and we ordered food and it came out not how we wanted it, and I told the bartender I wanted our appetizers first and then our dinner. Thinking that’s normal…

dinner comes out first and no appetizers. Not happy w that… Edie get involved and says it’s not her Bartender‘s fault and we shouldn’t be bitching about it. OK, it’s been a long day Edie we just want our food. So then she said she’s gonna call security on us because I was bitching about the bartender and I made him upset. If you have any cameras on Sunday 12/28 , please watch it because you can see how the Bartender ignored us from the Git go, on the whole evening. And the side people in the bar area drunk off their faces??

Just had a really horrible experience with this hotel. Here is what happened: the hotel is supposed to have a shuttle that takes you from airport to them. When I arrived at 1am in the morning and called the frontdesk as instructed, no one picked up the phone for at least minutes (I called them multiple times). So I took a uber, which then accidentally took me to another Garden Inn Denver Airport which is not too far away from them. It was then very hard to get another uber which was large enough to take my skis to this stupid hotel. Ended up just staying in the other one, which was not ideal. Their service is really really horrible. Just avoid if you could
