  Hi, Wanted to take a moment to contact you about our stay from 3 Jan 2026 to 8 Jan 2026. Our stay was amazing and wanted to thank you and your team during a difficult time. With a special shout out to Molly! She was very accommodating helped us find things we were looking for as we are not from the area. She was respectful and understaning.   Lifetime Diamond member who has stayed with Hilton in almost all 50 states across the last 20 years. I hate leaving negative reviews (this will be my 3rd in 20 years)…but the service here was subpar. The front desk attendant was not friendly, did not acknowledge Hilton honor status or offer the Honors snack option. We were told Hilton rules we could only get 1 water/snack and not a second bottle…although this is the first time ever in our history of stays this was stated. We got settled into our room about 9pm and were sleeping when the phone rang at 11pm. The front desk woke us up to ask if we had parked in the front of the hotel…I said no. They asked a second time if I drove a certain color/make of car and parked in the front of the hotel…again I replied no. So much for a lovely Hilton stay and being woke up! The room was clean and nice! No complaints there!

  The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'll be back in Denver in a few weeks and I plan to stay here again and each time I come to visit family.
