We had a flight out of Denver and were going to land late coming back, so we booked a hotel for the night of January 1st so that we wouldn't have to drive home late after traveling. Prior to booking, I called on December 21st and verified with the hotel that we could park our car at the hotel before our flight and take their shuttle to the airport. The person answering the phone said that as long as they could verify our stay in the future, this would be fine. The only thing was that we would just have to get an Uber back to the hotel after we landed since the shuttle stops at 10 PM. Because of this information, we booked a night here. On the day of our flight out of Denver, December 29th, we called to let the front desk know we were 30 minutes away and requested the shuttle. The lady who answered said okay, but then later called and left a voicemail saying they don't offer airport shuttle unless you are currently checked in, and that parking at the hotel would be at "our own risk." I did not get this message until after we had already arrived at the hotel and spoke to another front desk attendant who was very adamant that they do not do "park and fly." Therefore, we could not leave our car there and could not get on the shuttle. He said that we called the wrong place even though I verified the phone number I first called. He said everyone who works there knows this information and offered zero support or assistance for this situation. Every person we spoke to at the front desk provided different information. Additionally, after receiving this service, I wanted to cancel our reservation and book elsewhere with friendlier service and a more convenient location, but you need to cancel 4 days in advance. If you are looking for a hotel while managing other travel plans, I would honestly look elsewhere. If you are just passing through and need a place to rest, this hotel would be a fine choice. My only advice would be to take the information the front desk gives you with a grain of salt.
