Honestly sad to have to write this review 😭 I absolutely love this hotel it's my favorite one to stay at every time we come. So first the beds are amazing no bugs ect. This time I'm super disappointed with the stay. The breakfast was ok the eggs looked a little ehh like they were old or over cooked and no potatoes and that's all I usually eat when I come here potatoes and eggs lol. Also now they have a sign up that says we aren't allowed to take food to the hotel rooms which is a huge no for me as I have anxiety eating in public and would rather eat in the comfort of my own hotel room. They did have chili that's a plus lol. The room we stayed it didn't close right so we had to lock the top lock (looks like it's been broken as my mom said hers is the same). so all in all definitely a great hotel but this one stay was a little disappointing compared to the other 5* reviews I usually leave

We stayed at the Best Western Alamosa Inn during our trip to Great Sand Dunes National Park, and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel immediately impresses with its cleanliness and very cozy, peaceful atmosphere. Our room was spacious, featuring crisp white linens and incredibly comfortable mattresses—exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking the dunes. The service was truly top-notch; the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was hearty and satisfying, offering a wide variety of fresh options. As for the location, it couldn't be better—situated right on Main St, it's close to plenty of dining and shopping, and the drive to the park is only about 30-40 minutes. This place is a great value for the money and a perfect home base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

They don’t have 2 managers 1 for night and only for the morning and my guess and I woke up to bugs in my bed and I asked for a refund and the person in the front desk said the manager his not here they will get here at 7:00 and I need this issue fixed now and I was staying in room 109 and now I’m in room 207

Came here for the hot tub, & it was "under maintenance." I would've stayed somewhere else if I knew the hot tub wasn't working. I couldn't get the TV remote to work. Had to call the front desk to come and work it. So annoying to not have a simple remote to the TV. The beds were uncomfortable. One bed you could feel the springs in it, & the other bed wasn't comfortable at all. The room was clean though. That's the only good thing I have to say.

I was pleasantly impressed with this hotel in Alamosa, CO. The room was comfortable and well kept, the coffee bar was great, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. It’s conveniently located for driving downtown. If I’m back in the area, I’d stay here again and would definitely recommend it.
