  Excellent clean rooms and facilities. The weather was perfect while we were there and I think that’s why I enjoyed breakfast so much! The staff were very friendly and proactive with their service. No pool which made me sad but they do give you extra pillows which made it worth it. Our Uber from the hotel to Zurich downtown got here almost instantly. I don’t think they’re related to holiday inn but that was just so nice. Shoutout Majit our uber driver! I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel (I got the dinner from a different restaurant) and of course I got to surf the internet on the free WiFi! 5 stars!

  Good place to stay while in the Zurich area - clean, safe, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast staff actively & positively engage with all patrons to assure a warm welcome and good start to the day. Short walk to transit, but not as convenient as in other areas, as the local schedule is not as frequent.

  Das Hotel ist sehr abgenutzt und aus meiner Sicht lediglich durch die Nähe zum Flughafen bestenfalls für Fluggäste interessant. Auch wenn der Preis verhältnismäßig gut ist, die Ausstattung und der Zustand lassen m.E. zu wünschen übrig. Allein das pfeiffende Geräusch, das in unregelmäßigen Abständen im Zimmer zu hören ist, ist eine Zumutung. Der grosse Spalt an der Unterseite der Zimmertüre (s. Foto) ist ebenfalls abträglich, wenn man ruhig schlafen will und ohne Ohropax hätte ich hier vermutlich überhaupt nicht geschlafen. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr kommen, komme was wolle! Einzig positiver Punkt ist Ram, der Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück. Der arbeitet, als wäre es sein Hotel und ist wirklich vorbildlich!

  Overall a good stay. Good Location - Quite near to the airport, you can see the airplanes hanger right from the hotel. For local public transport also, it is quite convenient - near to "Rümlang" train station, hardly 500 m from the hotel / 7 min walk. Rümlang is about 4 stops from Zurich Hb. The area has several grocery superstores, a Subway, a McD etc - 5 min walk. Rooms - Decent room size. Grateful that it doesn't have transparent washroom window ! Rooms cleaned once in two days. Air conditioning is good ( unlike several European hotels). Chair, table and short stool available for easy juggling of luggage. Breakfast - Special consideration for vegans / Indian tourists. Decent breakfast, you can see boiled potatoes, rajma / beens, salad / fruits which serves the purpose. Non veg options, boiled egg, scrambled eggs were also available. Hospitality - cheerful and helpful reception staff. Mr. Ram deserves a special mention ( restaurant manager) - he is very helpful and proactive. Makes one feel at ease. Around 7 CHF per night as tax was also charged, as per rules.

  Ideally located near the airport, which is an approximately 8min drive away. Rumlang train station is about a 6 min walk away. We stayed for just a day and enjoyed a tiny but decent room. It was a bit tight for the 4 of us but the bed and the sofa cum bed were both very comfortable and we were well rested the next day. The AC though wasn't working efficiently and we were extremely hot. The staff was very helpful with a smile and tried to fix the situation and offered us a different room as well but the AC issue was throughout all the rooms and we declined. A very clean hotel with a great breakfast spread. The breads were fresh and yummy. The rest of the menu was very good. The fried rice were a surprising item which I enjoyed . Over all a great stay. Looking forward to staying with them again.
