They gave me a room that smells like weed, with only very limited towels for 4 people. They didn’t give me another room. They said I could book 2 different rooms, but I need to pay for them. No compensation, and the rooms are dirty. No soap; had to go up front to get some. Very bad place. Not sure how this place is rated 4.4 on Google. The only plus about this place is that the room is a little big. AC does not work properly.
- no coffee
- no fridge
- no water
- no locker
- no drawer
- no iron
- no soap
- only a few towels
- AC is there but does not cool and AC went is behind the curtain.
- bathroom is disgusting; they didn't clean it well
- Shower curtain is bad. I could not use the bathroom the way it is.
I am not sure whether they changed the sheet because of the room's condition.
- Staff are useless. I told them to come and smell it themselves. They came to the room and said, "I don't smell anything." We all can smell weed. The staff went and got air spray and sprayed
Cost me $289/night for this crappy place.
Great location near the airport. The room was okay, had everything you need for a comfortable stay at the hotel, clean and air conditioning was good.
The staff was polite at the reception, they allowed us to leave our suitcases until check-in.
The toilet in the hotel lobby was terrible. 2 toilets that say both are for women and disabled people. When I asked the employee where the men's were, she replied that one was for both (I'm not sure if the other one was even functional because it was locked and if it was also for both). The one I went into was disgustingly dirty, no soap to wash my hands and the outside door couldn't be locked.
The price is just too much for what you get, I guess it's because of the location.
As others noted, you get what you pay for! The rooms are extremely small and there are really no amenities. They have 3-1 soap for the bathroom and only two towels, no hand towels. The TV we had didn’t even work. Breakfast itself was very very limited. Obviously better than nothing but very few options. They do offer a free bus shuttle, but you need to register with them ahead of time. The location is great in terms of if you want to go to the airport but other than that, there really aren’t many restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel that can get you to other places though. This hotel will work fine if you’re there for one evening but can’t imagine it being doable for more than one day.
Tv not working reported it to staff but no other rooms available and night staff were unable to issue a partial refund. Housekeeping ladies knocked and opened my door at 9am waking me up from my sleep I sent an email to the management team but no email response in 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were hit with an overwhelming smell of feces. The odor was so strong that it made the room very unpleasant.
When we reported the issue to the front desk, it quickly became clear that this was not an isolated incident. The reception area had an entire closet full of deodorizer sprays that they handed out to guests after they complained. Instead of fixing the underlying problem, the hotel appeared to rely on air fresheners as a temporary solution.
A bad smell can happen occasionally, but the fact that the staff were prepared with stacks of deodorant bottles suggests they are well aware of the problem. We expected much better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance and would not stay here again.
