Pas de nécessaire de toilette non plus. Petit déjeuner bas de gamme, trop de monde, pas assez de place, il faut débarrasser et nettoyer sa table soi-même, trop cheap. Seul l’emplacement est bien et pratique.

Refus total de l’établissement, aucun geste commercial, aucune alternative proposée : zéro humanité face à un cas médical documenté. Dommage de la part d’un grand groupe hôtelier, que j’éviterai donc pour mes futures réservations professionnelles.
