  Our American family of four stayed at The Warwick form June 21-25. We had the penthouse suite 709. The suite was very large and had a wraparound balcony overlooking the streets and the train station across the way. Lots of closet space, bathroom was ok, had a tub/ shower with a high step but I got used to it. I would change that to a walk in. Separate toilet in the other room, large table and chairs too. The suite had all we needed, service was exceptional during our stay, especially the front desk personnel . The rate we paid was excellent. Location is superb, and allowed us to explore Geneva at our leisure . We had taken the TGV from Paris, so to find the hotel across from the station was great! We had breakfast included, it was fine, not quite as good as Paris but fine. One cool thing was a Pass to use all public transport for Free, including boats across the lake to the other side of the city, which is relatively small. The lobby is cool, with the winding staircase. I would highly recommend The Warwick, for the price, service , location and what we paid for the best suite was Fantastic.

  Location is very convenient being so close to the train station. That was the biggest benefit to us. The rooms are small, and this is an older hotel. It was hard to store our luggage and move around in the room, and the bed was a bit small and soft for our liking. This would be great for a work trip, but not necessarily a place to rest for vacation. The balcony in our room was a nice added space. The included breakfast was a good option, and offered different selections including a small gluten free section. The front desk staff was helpful. Overall it was fine for us and our needs, especially since we were gone most the day anyhow.

  Das Warwick Geneva überzeugt vor allem mit seiner hervorragenden Lage direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Cornavin und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Genfersee entfernt. Für Geschäftsreisen oder einen Städtetrip ist die Lage kaum zu übertreffen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den ausgezeichneten Service. Das gesamte Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war tadellos. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil Teile der Einrichtung inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Vor allem das Badezimmer mit der Badewanne und den Armaturen wirkt nicht mehr ganz auf dem Niveau, das man heute von einem Viersternehotel erwarten würde. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss auf das öffentliche Parkhaus am Bahnhof Cornavin ausweichen. Das funktioniert zwar gut, ist aber weniger komfortabel als ein hoteleigener Parkplatz. Insgesamt ist das Warwick Geneva dennoch eine klare Empfehlung. Wer Wert auf eine ausgezeichnete Lage, saubere Zimmer und einen erstklassigen Service legt, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

  Je tiens à adresser mes plus sincères félicitations à l'ensemble du personnel du Warwick. Étant entrepreneur dans le domaine des spiritueux et des cigares, j'y organise régulièrement mes rendez-vous professionnels. À chacune de mes visites, je suis accueilli avec un professionnalisme, une attention et un sourire qui deviennent malheureusement de plus en plus rares aujourd'hui. Je souhaite également saluer la direction, qui semble accorder de l'importance au bien-être de ses équipes. Cela se ressent naturellement dans la qualité de l'accueil et du service, et c'est une véritable force. Merci à toutes les personnes qui contribuent chaque jour à faire du Warwick un lieu où l'on revient avec plaisir. Continuez ainsi, votre travail mérite d'être reconnu.   Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på Warwick Geneva och det som verkligen gjorde skillnad var den fantastiska servicen. Ett särskilt tack till Amadou, som tog emot oss vid ankomsten och därefter såg till att vi och vår familj kände oss väl omhändertagna under hela vistelsen. Vi reste med mina 80-åriga svärföräldrar och en ettåring, och Amadou visade ett engagemang, en värme och en omtanke som gick långt utöver det vanliga. Rummen var rena, välstädade och fullt tillfredsställande. Det som däremot verkligen sticker ut med detta hotell är personalen, och särskilt Amadou. Han fick oss att känna oss som hemma från första stund, och hans vänlighet och professionalism gjorde ett starkt intryck på hela familjen. Vi skulle gärna återvända inte minst tack vare den fantastiska service som Amadou gav oss. Han är en stor tillgång för hotellet. Tack för att ni fick oss att känna oss så välkomna! ❤️
