I’ve stayed at Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva several times, but this was my first time on the 7th floor — and I absolutely loved it!
The hotel offers three room categories, and I chose the largest one. I was lucky enough to get a beautiful terrace, which made the experience even more special.
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Geneva, with everything within walking distance — definitely one of the hotel’s biggest highlights.
The design is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe is stylish yet relaxed.
There are just a few downsides: there’s very limited storage space — no drawers or shelves, and not much room to hang clothes like shirts, which can be inconvenient, especially for longer stays. Also, the bathroom has a plastic shower curtain, which tends to let water spill onto the floor.
Another point worth mentioning is the breakfast, which is quite expensive (CHF 30 per person). But since the hotel is so centrally located, there are plenty of great and more affordable options nearby.
That said, it’s still a fantastic place to stay in Geneva — I would definitely come back!

My go-to hotel anytime I’m in Genève. Rooms are always perfectly clean and the staff incredibly friendly. The breakfast (while it can be pricey, Swiss prices ya know) is the best hotel breakfast I’ve come across. The bar/terrace is lovely and their food options are honestly pretty good! Just make sure you look at photos of the rooms before you book because I’d imagine the layout could take you by surprise. But for an affordable stay in Geneva, which doesn’t really exist, it’s fantastic!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Ruby Claire Hotel in Geneva. The hotel was clean, comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located, making our visit very enjoyable from start to finish.
A special shoutout to their concierge Jacky, who truly went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made our experience even more memorable.
I was very satisfied with the service and hospitality, and I would definitely recommend Ruby Claire Hotel to my family and friends in the U.S. 🇺🇸
Our stay here was short but it was nice. We had a bit of a hard time checking in as there was a new system being put in place according to the staff at reception. The staff aren't to blame for the situation but it was all a bit messy. We were given two free drink vouchers to compensate this.
We also had breakfast which was a nice selection, I especially enjoyed the yoghurt bowl station as pictured. The bar staff were very nice and accommodating.
The rooms themselves are nice but not very spacious, so good for a quick stay. The location is quite good and is only about a five minute walk from the central tram lines which also take you to the main train station of the city.
