  Staff was all lovely and location truly could not have been better but there were several issues so overall it was a poor stay. 1) there was pee in the toilet when i first came into my room. Kind of gross. 2) The room that I was in (room #128) was comically far away from the elevator. You get off the elevator at floor 1 and then walk through a labyrinth of hallways and then finally up a staircase (!!) which was annoying with my heavy bags. 3) the comforter is too small for the bed. I added a pic so you don’t think I’m insane. It literally is too short to cover it. My feet would’ve been cold if they hadn’t (nicely) brought me a second comforter. 4) this one isn’t a big deal but you have to check yourself in which i always find to be a cheap cost saving measure at the expense of guest experience. The hotel is too nice for this to be warranted. 5) i forgot a travel adapter (my fault) and they didn’t have one to lend but they did have them to buy so i had to buy one from them for 15 chf. If you have it there, just let a guest borrow it for free, don’t charge them.

  La estética del hotel es súper diferente a lo que esperas de otros lugares. Muy bonito. La habitación está muy bien, simple pero limpia y bonita. La decoración nos gustó mucho. El bar está genial, con muy buenos precios, muy buen ambiente y un servicio estupendo. Nos atendieron Leticia, Louis y Jacky y el trato fue fantástico. Super educados y con una sonrisa todo el rato.

  A beautifully clean boutique hotel with an absolute prime location right on the prestigious Rue du Rhône in Geneva! Staying here was incredibly convenient as all the high-end shopping, boutiques, and supermarkets are just steps away. The service was polite, and the entire property was kept immaculately clean. However, there are a few architectural details to note depending on your travel style. My room faced the inner courtyard, which made it very quiet, but it severely lacked natural daylight. I only stayed for one night, which was perfectly fine, but I noticed other guests checking in for longer stays—personally, I would find it difficult to spend multiple days in a room that feels a bit dark during the day also too way minimalistic for my taste. Furthermore, the glass shower capsule sits right in the middle of the room layout, which could feel a bit lacking in privacy if you are traveling as a couple. There is a lovely terrace on the roof, though it is also nestled within the inner courtyard structure rather than offering open city views. Overall, it is a flawless choice for a quick, hyper-convenient shopping trip if you just need a clean place to sleep, but it might feel tight for an extended vacation.

  Glorified Hostel with Zero Service—Great Location Doesn't Fix Incompetence If you expect standard hotel service, look elsewhere. This is effectively an overpriced, self-service hostel suited only for young travelers with minimal expectations. The central location is its only asset, but it nowhere near compensates for the appalling lack of service and support: Inaccessible Management: There are no phones in the rooms to reach reception. To make matters worse, their IVR phone system stops connecting after 19:00. You are completely on your own in the evening. No Housekeeping: There is no dedicated housekeeping service available when you need basic assistance. Health Hazard: The broken heater in our room left us shivering and resulted in us getting sick. Dismissive Staff: When we requested two extra duvets to survive the cold, they only bothered to bring one—a complete disregard for guest basic comfort and well-being. Location means nothing when basic hospitality, heating, and communication are nonexistent. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests.

  Our experience was great! You get great quality and you can choose exactly what you need. We wanted to spend less money so we got a smaller room for a cheaper price, but that is what we wanted. It still had everything we needed and was quality. They had a really cool concept where instead of getting your room cleaned with house keeping you could get any free drink at the bar! Very unique and cool. Everyone was very friendly, and Jackie was great at making sure we had everything we needed. Great location right in the mall for lots of shopping and a safe feeling neighborhood. 10/10 would stay again!
