  Cannot recommend this highly enough. Brilliant room designs, lovely communal space, complimentary tea and coffee, and very kind and helpful team. A must stay.

  I thought it was good value for money in Bern, so I made a reservation. We contacted and got answers from them countless times via WhatsApp, but their approach was different from that of a regular hotel, so it was hard to understand. Even when we arrived at the hotel that day, we rang the doorbell and waited, and when someone else went in, we followed them inside. The next day, there was someone who saw us and followed us. When the group of six arrived, the staff talked with us for about an hour about check-in. It didn’t seem like I understood it well. It seemed like it was done with a state-of-the-art system, but it was several times harder to understand than a conventional, outdated system, and it seemed the staff’s hard work was even greater. No matter how advanced it is, if customers don’t understand it, that is not cutting-edge. The hotel's cleanliness and location are good. It’s accurate to say it’s a clean, upscale hostel. Another thing: on the first day, I put bottled water in the fridge without opening the room number label, and the next day someone knocked off the lid. It’s something that doesn’t even happen often at the hostel. It was so unpleasant to see you touch something that isn’t your own. Feeling uneasy, I just threw away the 2-liter Evian as it was. There are several StayKooook locations, but this is the last one for me.

  La ubicación del hotel inmejorable, la habitación un 10 (cama y sábanas también de 10), la sala común limpia y con agua y víveres para repostar a todas horas. La seguridad que se percibe es total y destacamos positivamente el sistema de llaves mediante móbil que nos permite entrar a cualquier hora. La lástima es quedarnos tan poco tiempo porque nos hemos sentido muy agusto ¡Gracias!

  Location is perfect, hotel was fabulous. I highly recommend - 5 min from Train, access to kitchen facilities (important because eating out is outrageous), free coffee and water, abd a beautiful rooftop patio!

  Un peu déçue par la chambre. Lits très inconfortables (deux canapés-lits). Chambre peu spacieuse. Salle de bains très rudimentaire et peu pratique. Fenêtres mal insonorisées. Propreté pourrait être améliorée mais ok. Self check-in, pas de petit-déjeuner. Rapport qualité-prix un peu cher. Toutefois, très joli rooftop avec magnifique vue, bien entretenu, et emplacement très central idéal pour explorer la ville. Idéal pour quelqu'un qui voyage seul et qui s'accomode du fonctionnement "autonome".
