I hadn't looked at pics or reviews as I was tired from driving and just trusted the Holiday Inn brand. I usually stay at more expensive places when on vacation but I think from now on I'll be looking at Holiday Inn. Breakfast was great. There were alot of options.

Fridge was super noisy and loud and hard to sleep so I unplugged the thing. Breakfast was free and just barely palatable.

At 7:30 am we were woke up by loud consistent banging at our door, the manager and general manager were accusing us of canceling our reservation with IHG. they had called the police on us and the general manager got in my face threatening me. When I told them that they need to contact IHG. Me and the hotel staff both contacted IHG rewards and they confirmed the hotel messed up on my reservation and the property is the one who canceled it. They wanted me to pay for this room twice. After all of the screaming the general manager went to hide in the back office when he found out they are the ones who messed up and instead of an apology they just offered me 15,000 points to make it go away

We spent 3 day there waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. They were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was great. It is a bit spendy at around $200 a night. But I was happy that my wife who has stage 4 copd and my disabled daughter was comfortable there.
