Under staffed. No assistance with defects of room. Lightd not working. TV no working.
Attendant is nice, she is not at fault, but she is responsible.
Another person need a plunger 🪠, was offered the same recouse, change rooms or live with the issue.
Apparently owners do care if customers are helped.
This Best Western is not a good neighbor to it's traveler.
I am 76 disabled traveling with a cat and another senior. It was late, raining and after we unloaded our belongs, we found room lacking.
Anyport in a storm is the only reason to bed here.
I have stayed at best Western since 70s from Bodega Bay to here.
I expect better.

I regret to say that my stay at this establishment fell far below any acceptable standard of hospitality.
Upon arrival, the room key issued to me failed to function, creating multiple inconvenient trips to the front desk before I was able to access my room. Once inside, I immediately observed stained bath towels and an overall lack of cleanliness that raised serious concerns. The condition of the room was such that I did not feel comfortable consuming the complimentary breakfast, as I had no confidence in the hotel’s hygiene practices and food preparation.
The night’s rest — a basic expectation of any lodging — was entirely compromised. I was bitten by what appeared to be a bug or spider while in bed, and during the early morning hours, other guests were loudly playing music outside at around 3 a.m. Despite the disturbance being both prolonged and clearly audible, no staff member made any effort to address or resolve the situation. Between the physical discomfort from the bites and the lack of enforced quiet hours, I obtained fewer than four hours of sleep — an especially serious concern given that I was required to drive over 12 hours the following day.
Perhaps most troubling was the complete indifference from staff when these issues were brought to their attention. At no point did I receive an apology, acknowledgment, or any meaningful attempt to rectify the situation. The disregard for guest comfort, safety, and basic operational standards.
this property demonstrates a concerning absence of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest care. I strongly advise future travelers to seek accommodations elsewhere, as one should not have to sacrifice well-being or personal peace of mind for the sake of convenience or cost.

The staff was nice and the location is right off the freeway but we will not be staying there again. The closet door was broken, killed a cockroach in our room, the floor was dirty and the pictures of the playground area are just that, pictures. I picked this place because of the playground and the location. Come to find out, the playground got ruined in a storm and is no longer there. But the staff was nice.

I stayed here 3 times over the last summer and for 15 days each time. The rooms are nice and roomy. My only complaint was a slow drain in the shower and one of the rooms i stayed in needed the carpet cleaned. Patrick and Angel were always there and willing to help. I was surprised how much they worked and the effort they put forth to accommodate guests. Patrick went above and beyond when my TV was not working and brought in a different TV.

This hotel is absolutely the best! Not only do they cater to the travelers, but the pets as well. Everyone there is super nice and they really seem to care. We were traveling and extremely exhausted, but they made everything perfect when we arrived. I would stop here every time I’m traveling this route
