- LQLJ QFeb 15, 20261.0Seriously the worst experience at a hotel/motel ever. Stayed 4 days and they NEVER cleaned our room. We arrived to a room with half the power out. They moved us to a smaller room with power. Day one no one cleaned our room and our room keys were deactivated. After being thus to their attention we were given new keys and we were assured they would clean our Roman the next day. Next day after returning to our room it was again found with not service. We again notified the front office and we were told the same thing again. Still no towels, no coffee and no service. By the third day returning only to find the same state of our room we decided to leave. Three days of problems and empty promises. The guy at the front fest was very kind and apologized but nothing changed. Really I have no idea how they stay in business. I’ve never had a worse hotel experience
- FRFreedom RingsFeb 12, 20261.0Room was so hot that the ac never got cool enough to sleep, shower pressure was awful because when you pull the faucet for it to switch from filling the tub to the shower head it only half worked and split the water between the two, shampoo and body wash was empty, bad sound proofing so I could hear people yelling in the pool outside, hard bed, internet refused to connect, kept hearing stomping even though I was on the 2nd floor.

I was worried for parking because of our luggage, but it has Private parking lot with fence around it. Lobby has live parking lot cameras amd security per receptionist. Breakfast wasn’t great. But Juice coffee etc
