    I had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The pool area is a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

    This hotel was a dump. It was dirty and neglected. The room had a foul odor. There was dirt, dust and debris in the vents if the AC/Heater that I was told they couldn't vacuum or clean. There was mold. Just an asthma attack waiting to happen. I checked in and checked out 30 minutes later. I called to get a refund and was told I had to speak with the daytime manager the next day. I called and was told that he wasn't on and that he would give me a call on Monday morning. I never got a call. I called back. No one made an effort to resolve this issue or refund my $400. I convinced that if I had stayed, and died grin an asthma attack no one would care. I might still be there now. This was 3 weeks ago. I will NEVER book another IHG property. Clearly they don't care.

    The whole building is old but clean. The room was nice and bed comfy. I didn't get a handicap room. Out fault. The toilet was so low. I did bring my own bars for my husband but still was not enough. Had to help him. The breakfast was adequate.

    I booked two rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and we had an okay stay. The standout service of the hotels general manager Steve was phenomenal. Made sure we had rooms next to each other. Upon check-in told another card would be needed to put a $100 incidental hold on the card, which i velieve was because of hotels .com, but we were not aware until arrival even though it was paid in full prior. Steve did accomidate us to the best of his ability. my experiences with the other front desk clerks was not ideal. The DirecTV that was advertised was ... glitchy to say the least, and many of the features including on demand and streaming sign-ins were broken. When addressed with the front desk after the first night, was told it would be rectified, but when followed up nobody was in the room to check at any point. We've never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before, and if we needed to would for sure stay again, however I would look for alternate hotels before the next time I'm in the area. Parking was very efficient though, and free, happy about that. To sum it up we didn't have a bad stay, but we enjoyed our time at other hotels this week more. Pool looked nice but we didnt use it this stay.

    Rooms were big and service was friendly. Not a bad stay. I would def return to them. I did not understand why there was a porch outside out room but no one could access it.
