  One star, and that’s generous. I've been an IHG member for 20+ years with status and this might be the straw that takes my business to Marriott. I’m in the middle of a two-night stay at the Woodland Hills Holiday Inn and was rudely yanked out of sleep last night by what can only be described as a nightclub-quality techno concert blasting through the paper-thin wall of the room next door. This was accompanied by very loud talking and an enthusiastically prolonged session of adult activities—complete with rhythmic banging—that required absolutely no imagination to interpret. After multiple calls to the front desk asking for help, all of which were promptly ignored, I was left to solve the problem myself. My only option was to turn on the rickety, prehistoric air-conditioning unit and blast it all night at 60 degrees just to drown out the noise. So instead of sleeping, I froze. This hotel manages the rare feat of offering neither rest nor responsiveness. If you enjoy zero soundproofing, indifferent staff, and the thrilling choice between insomnia and hypothermia, this is the place for you. Holiday Inn: come for the paper-thin walls—hopefully you don’t freeze to death.

  Went to check in and the guy at the front desk was too busy on his phone to help me out. Got checked in and went to park but there was no parking! Went back to the front desk and the guy said “oh yea, I forgot. Here’s a pass to park at Wendy’s”. We get in the room and go to lock the door bout the latch portion is broken and barley hanging on to the door. Room was warm so I turned on the ac in the room and it made the worst noise. Unfortunately, I need the room to be cool to sleep so there wasn’t much sleep happening. When setting up the pull out bed, there were no linens. We called the front desk and he brought a pillow and a fitted sheet. We canceled our second day and changed to another hotel. Breakfast was ok though.

  I just had to write a rave review for this establishment because of how they went out of their way to return a lost stuffed animal to my daughter. One of the associates went the extra mile to send pictures, which she took time to create, so that it would assuage my daughter's concern for her lost friend. Really appreciate that! The room was immaculately clean and I like the added breakfast which had an assortment of hot and cold foods. Location is nearby Warner center which I had an event at so that was very convenient. The surrounding area is quite upscale so finding an affordable place like this establishment was very fortunate. I would definitely visit the establishment again!

  Hotel is in need of some better upkeep. Rooms weren’t bad but the hall had a marijuana smell. A/C worked well. Bed was very uncomfortable, noisy and left me with a sore back. Limited parking, staff were ok, and breakfast had a variety
