Das sollte so nicht sein, und geht in anderen Hotels dieser Klasse auch in leise. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Die anderen Angebote des Hotels, wie Frühstück, wurden nicht genutzt. Dennoch aber 5/5 Sterne, weil mein Gesamteindruck stimmt.

The rest of the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, along with very nice restaurant staff.

I had to switch rooms twice upon check in due to the smell and once more in the middle of the night because the room filled with the smell of sewage. Multiple rooms at this hotel have a strange oder and one smelled of cigarette smoke. My sister stayed at the same hotel as we were in town for a nearby family event, and she had to change her room three times at check in. It’s too bad because the staff is great at the restaurant for breakfast, the housekeeping and the valet. Hilton needs to address their structural building issues. If I have another experience like this at different Hilton (I will never visit this Hilton again) I’m cancelling my Hilton honors credit card and moving on.
