    I don't want to say that it's a terrible hotel, but if they have a terrible service they don't have people really trained to treat their guests well My total indignation with what happened to my 2 compatriots Not allowing them to enter the bathroom being guests and even after that the worker practically mocking them and sarcastically telling them that the battery is running out recording what kind of education that is Being me Peruvian and seeing this kind of treatment towards us Latinos totally offends me, I think I speak for all Latinos who have gone through a similar situation being here in this country. We all deserve respect, as for this hotel I would never go they should implant a filter to their workers humble people and empathetic people willing to give good service to the customer

    Management here needs a customer service and empathy class. I know you are going to write that you can see I did not stay here, because that is what you have been doing with other reviews. But by saying that, you are demonstrating how bad your management is—very unprofessional and with no empathy for humans. I have stayed here, not under my name, and so have other people. You should know that—at least a management person should understand that a group of people can stay at a hotel and only one name will be on record. The world is already a difficult place, and having employees treat customers without empathy and with a sense of entitlement is unacceptable. We, the customers, pay for your business and your salaries. Without us, there is no business and no money for you. Be and do better!

    I had to stay here the other night unexpectedly and was very pleased with the level of service I received. It was a very stressful evening but the staff could see that I was having a rough night and made check in very simple for me and I got to my room quickly. I appreciated their help and efficiency so much. The breakfast in the morning wasn't great by any means but wasn't a big deal for me at all. I just appreciated the convenience and the help they provided. Would most definitely stay again

    How can you allow an employee to cancel a reservation just because they asked for the rest room. How do you give this Gustavo guy that much power. You can't say edited video, I see him canceling a reservation, he needs to learn that those customers pay his salary. He just didn't realize who he was being rude to. He needs to be fired ASAP. Even if elderly man raised his voice they are customers and he needs to learn customer service or dont work with customers. How can the hotel defend this guy, edited video smh

    I am giving this hotel one star because the experience at the front desk was completely unacceptable. The staff’s attitude toward guests is rude, indifferent, and highly unprofessional. From the very beginning, it felt like helping customers was a burden to them. I had an incident with the receptionist (Gustavo) due to his disrespectful and arrogant behavior. There was no effort to resolve the situation or provide proper customer service. Customer service is the most basic and essential aspect of any hotel, and here it is simply nonexistent. I do not recommend this place at all. There are many other options where guests are actually valued and treated with respect.
