  My family and I recently completed a pleasant four-night stay at the Best Western Woodland Hills Inn while visiting Santa Monica and other local attractions. We were happy with the value and quality provided by the hotel. The room itself was clean, and the bed proved to be very comfortable, ensuring great rest after long days of sightseeing. We also greatly appreciated the practical amenities, especially the free parking, which is a huge bonus in the Los Angeles area. The hotel’s location is a significant strength. Being directly across the street from a shopping center housing both a Ralphs and a Sprouts made quick grocery runs incredibly convenient. The availability of several restaurants in the same center meant easy dining options close by. Furthermore, the location provided a reasonably easy drive to cultural spots like the Getty Villa. The complimentary breakfast was an appreciated benefit. It provided a variety of nice offerings, including hot items like sausage patties, eggs, and French toast sticks, alongside coffee, various cereals, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall, the Best Western Woodland Hills Inn provided a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped home base for our trip. We would certainly choose to stay here again the next time we are traveling in the area.

  This little motel/hotel is not bad for its economy fair and there is a room with an amazing hot tub. The distance to shops is just at arms reach practically.

  This placeI've had trouble with a couple times and will not stay there after this time. I am a diamond.Select member on the tier system of benefits through best.Western, and this is how I was treated.I was overcharged and double charged, and then required to pay the deposit in which they just took a hundred.And sixty dollars out of my account and was not using credit cards.At the time, so had none with me.Therefore, could not pay for the deposit of a hundred dollars of their roach infested transient populated area with plenty of homeless and a porn store in the front parking lot.

  I am a diamond best western select member. I booked this location and Their employee of the millisecond in the picture is a control freak and loves the opportunity to be able to assert some sort of authority over someone. furthermore he violated the consumer rights act of nineteen seventy nine, and also violated best.Westerns policies and procedures. This franchise to this corporation of best western is not a reputable or respectable.Establishment, this was not my first and only issue and encounter with this.Individual, or at this hotel, however, I tried to give them a second chance.And they burned it hard.
