- RLRei Lamas5 days ago1.0On December 5 I tried booking a one-night stay for Saturday, December 6 but accidentally selected December 5. I made the reservation at around 5:00 PM and realized the mistake immediately. I called the hotel seconds after booking to explain the error and request a date change. The staff refused, stating that there were no changes or refunds because it was the day of check-in and claimed that the hotel had been waiting for me. This explanation made no sense, as I had just made the reservation minutes earlier. they were not waiting all day for me because I literally had just booked it! They did not offer to switch the dates, provide a refund, or issue any credit. As a result, I lost $171.26 for a stay I never used. While I understand policies exist, the complete lack of flexibility or basic customer service was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

My husband immediately informed the service desk and the young man was very helpful and polite in changing our room. It was updated and modern. Great water pressure and heat. Also the breakfast here - whooly molly! Just about every selection you can think of (within reason). Hot, fresh and tasty. They make these croissant cinnamon rolls that I've never seen before to be honest because usually cinnamon rolls are doughy but these were so buttery and flaky, absolutely a winner. The attendant said they make them fresh every day. They're a must-try during your visit.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent. This was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in this price range.
