We walked in our room and immediately spotted a bug in the window sil; i thought it was a fly...then I opened the fridge and there was a huge cockroach! Then I realized the fly was actually another cockroach! They were big so they've been infested for a while. I took photos and videos and the guy at the front counter gave me my money back, no questions asked...as if he has done that many times! Blankets were also stained and fridge had food particles inside. No wonder the room was only $69/night! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT CLEANLINESS 🤮

The good: roof over your head
The bad: cockroach and flies in room, trash around building, heater fan smoked whole room out when I turned it on so we didn't have heat. Cards given to us for our room stopped working every night of our stay.

We stayed maybe 3 min and left. Place was disgusting. Opened the door to bugs and sunflower seeds on the ground. Walls looked like they have never been cleaned. If they skip the easy cleaning no way they do the more difficult stuff. Lady working the front counter seemed nice but didn’t seem surprised when we left right away. Owners need to step up their game

A couple of large yellow stains on the comforter. Room smells like it was hosed down in some cheap disinfectant. All odd number rooms are about 100 feet from the number one lane of th 5 freeway. We got 101 and 105.😒
Will stay in a park next time.

Called the desk after they missed cleaning my room during the day, I asked for clean towels and coffee. I was told if I wanted the towels and coffee I’d have to go get them. I don’t need the Rewards points bad enough to stay here anymore. Not sure how the breakfast is. Seems to me there’s a lot of people working in the area from out of town staying here like myself. The breakfast area doesn’t open until 7. Seems late to me. I guess the later the breakfast the fewer you need to feed. I stay in Best Western/Sure Stay hotels all over California, this one is one of the worst. I suppose I should have started with sharing my experience here during the visit prior to this stay. My stay was four nights. The coffee pot started smoking the first morning, so much I had to put it out side the door and watch it until it was safe to leave unattended. On the last night the front desk gave my room key to another guest who just arrived. So well into the night my door is opened far enough to hit the safety lock on the inside with a loud bang. Called the front desk they said there was a mix up. Never did fall back to sleep after that. No apology whatsoever!
