Avoid at all costs. Moved in the room, ready for bed, and shower is a dribble. Broken. Maintenance unavailable. 1030 at night offered another room on the other side of hotel. Previously had called to cancel a different reservation and they reported no charge, then they charged my credit card. Other options in area available.

Surprised that Best Western has its name on this. Check in was easy and friendly. The room very plain but OK for the price I wasn't expecting much more. Sheets were stained. Called desk and she assured me that the bedding was changed. It seemed quiet but I'm almost deaf once the hearing aids are out. No shampoo or conditioner but 2 bottles of lotion. 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Blanket really thin. No continental breakfast. Not even coffee. This was around 630am. On the other hand Starbucks was supposed to be open and wasn't.

I enjoyed my stay at SureStay, Williams, CA. Very Clean room, excellent price, friendly staff, and I got to meet Anna, their feline receptionist😻. Such a people living staff memeber. See picture 🌹

But I would say the rooms need to be updated. The room we stayed in had cracks and missing flooring, the bathroom tile was pink and the grout really needs to be cleaned. The bed was pretty comfortable! This was much needed after driving 652 miles on 12/28/2025.
I was pretty disappointed in the fact that we couldnt get a certain breakfast item. We were going to have this and about five or ten mins before the breakfast was done they start cleaning it up. I was looking for something to hold me over on 12/29/2025 since I still had another 548 miles to go.

I’m a Best Western Gold Member and can’t even with how disappointing this property was. To begin— Filthy. Had to sleep in my clothes. Hair on sheets. Dirt in bathtub. Fixtures black with grime. Dirty coffee cups and towels. One side of hotel is almost on the I-5. Trucks all night long. Bad sleep. Do NOT stay here.
