Bed is very old and outdated. Caved in on both sides. Bathroom suck, tub wont drain properly. Feels like a motel 6.

What a great stay ! Suraj (sam ) was extra extra nice over the phone when we called to make the reservation he made it so easy to check in and he price matched our stay that was amazing we really appreciate he got us in such a nice room it was spotless and 100 percent clean not 1 single issue everything was perfect we couldn't of asked for a better stay,
in the morning the ladies made the best breakfast thats why we love the best western I usually go to the one in big bear but this one was delicious 😋 the ladies are all so nice and they kept the place clean the entire time it was great service anything we needed they helped us I'll definitely be back this week to stay again so if you're in the area ask for Sam he will treat you like family 10/10 service

Breakfast was burn/dry - needed to ask repeatedly for fresh coffee.
Room keys repeatedly didn't work. Asked night manager 'Shawn' to reprogram - super rude, confrontational & accused my aunt of try to break into the office when she knocked on the lock door tryin to get assistance. Shawn has no business working in this industry. Made the stay very unpleasant.

Horrible night management. Combative, rude. Needs to lose his job. Wears a cap. Diann was great and should fire the other night manager.
Breakfast gal was clueless, served burnt food over and over. She would bring out a small bunch of bacon at 5 mins before bk was over. Would not change coffee until I showed how mostly it was watery coffee. She should find a new role/job also.
Room staff was great. Rooms are aged, showers leaked all over bathroom floor.
