I told the associate at the front counter and was let to go back to the restrooms, which were locked, I was then told I would have to be checked in before I was allowed in the restroom and when I pushed the issue, was told only management had the ability to open those restrooms. Either I was treated poorly and lied to or management seriously needs to rethink their practices.
