Not only did I have to wait forever to get into a room, when they gave me a key it was to a room already occupied. What a safety iasue!!! When I finally got into an occupied room and settled in, maintenance knocked on my door then walked away disturbing my rest. And to top off my stay, the bathtub was too gross to use. I have been an IHG member for sometime but this experience is convincing me to accurate my points elsewhere.
