My partner and I found the room and facilities outdated and not as advertised in the photos. The noise levels at night were unbearable, and overall it was very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving two nights early because of how uncomfortable the stay was. Even worse, the hotel refused to provide any partial refund for the unused nights, despite my attempts to resolve it through both the front desk and the booking service. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer care. I hope the management will consider improving their service in the future.
