The carpet / fabric in my room was definitely stained. This is 1000% the hotel I stayed at as it’s the only best western in Watsonville. Let your customers sleep in the early morning! nightmare. If you’re staying on the ground floor, you’re in for a hell of a night / morning. The rooms are very outdated and have dirty carpet and smelly rooms. It’s definitely a motel vibe. This all could’ve been forgiven if it wasn’t for the landscapers that start working outside of the rooms at the CRACK OF DAWN. All morning from 6-9 AM I could hear them screaming in Spanish and pulling chains / equipment. A terrible experience and I couldn’t sleep
