This little hotel was exactly what my wife and I needed after traveling many hours, they were ready and helpful even at 1:30am!! Shout out to the service, clean rooms, and all around comfortable stay!! Much appreciated

Hotel responded: you might not be aware but your landscapers start far before 9 AM and they pull loud chains across the sidewalks all morning. The carpet / fabric in my room was definitely stained. This is 1000% the hotel I stayed at as it’s the only best western in Watsonville. Let your customers sleep in the early morning!
nightmare. If you’re staying on the ground floor, you’re in for a hell of a night / morning. The rooms are very outdated and have dirty carpet and smelly rooms. It’s definitely a motel vibe. This all could’ve been forgiven if it wasn’t for the landscapers that start working outside of the rooms at the CRACK OF DAWN. All morning from 6-9 AM I could hear them screaming in Spanish and pulling chains / equipment. A terrible experience and I couldn’t sleep

Centrally located in Watsonville plus you can get to the beaches (Santa Cruz specifically) in less than 30 minutes. Clean rooms, great options for breakfast, well maintained property. The staff is super helpful and will ensure that you have a nice stay.

This is a smaller hotel with remodeled rooms. We got a pet friendly kitchenette room. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I have 2 recommendations. 1. Mount the TV to the wall and 2. Get rid of the old little dresser. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast offerings. My only complaint is that there was not really anywhere for the dogs to potty. The "pet area" is a very small strip hidden in the back of the hotel and it has zero grass. There is a piece of plastic secured down over a mound of dirt. My dog had to potty in the very small areas of their planters. I just feel of you are a pet friendly hotel there should be a place for them.
