  I was hoping to get a room with a hot tub but It was out of order the hole building has only one hot tub and is out of order and is for handicap besides me not getting my hot tub the rooms were clean towels and washcloths were provided nice and clean and in the morning you get complimentary breakfast have apple juice orange juice coffee milk egg sausage bacon pancakes add bagels overall the food was good good place to stay clean just no hot tub

  To be able to give 5 stars rate is important so that business can thrive and grow and to show our support, but I'm very disappointed in the fact that I had to experience the worst ,We had to wait 23 minutes before the lady in the office would let us register,she was not at all friendly,the very moment I opened the room door it smelled of cigarettes and I told the office I must have a smoke free room my sister has respiratory illness,This hotel is unhealthy -has roaches, they advertise false amenities like "a smoke free environment" and "buffet breakfast" -only four TV channels worked and the air conditioner wasn't working,within five minutes I was at the office complaining about roaches and cigarette smoke,and that the air wasn't working if theycan maintence ? I was NOT given a choice to change rooms OR accommodate for the need to have smoke free room or at least with a working air conditioner or fan to circulate the air for my sister who has a respitory illness and said I could NOT get a refund either, and to on top of that there Was NO Buffet breakfast I checked from 6am-930 am, nothing but fruit and bread no creamer for coffee( which did not offer caffiene free) and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. IV called asking for a supervisor and never been able to talk to one the 5 times I've called between 8am- 4 pm ,I felt absolutely ridiculous for having paid over $140.00 for FALSE advertisement,and unprofessional customer service. So I feel that The better business bureau needs to be notified and also the health department.smh it makes me wonder how many people before and after us spent their money for that same room and basically were blindly robbed in other words for services that this hotel clearly cannot provide.That room should not have been rented at all until it was fully serviced properly period!! Which means staff and their supervisors are not supervising the work that they are responsible for overseeing within the hotel property..how can that community profit from poorly ran buisness's? Hopefully They will review these ratings,and use them to make the changes where needed and improve the quality of service people believe they're going to pay for and maybe get more intense maintenence and custumerservice training and routine pestcontrol..good luck PLEASE GO THROUGH ALL THE REVIEWS SO YOU AS A CUSTUMER CAN SEE THAT THE MANAGEMENT ,RESPONDS WITH DENIAL, TRYING TO MANIPULATE THE TRUTH BY POSTING "THEY DONT HAVE ANY LOG OF THE COMPLAINING REVIEWER BIENG THERE AND THEREFORE IT MUST NOT BE ACCURATE!" BUT FIRST OF ALL THEY DONT KNOW IF THE ROOM WAS IN A SPOUSES NAME OR A FAMILY MEMBERS NAME, AND NEVER DO THEY APOLOGIZE OR CLAIM THEY OFFERED A ROOM THAT IS PROPERLY MAINTANCED TO BETTER ACCOMODATE A CUSTUMER. INSTEAD THEY PROVE JUST HOW THEY DID AT THE MOMENT,= DENY DENY AND REFUSE REFUND,.UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT BUISNESSLIKE. SHAME ON THEM THEY SHOULD BE APOLOGIZING FOR THE HELL HOLE THEY REFUSED REFUNDS FOR,AT THE VERY LEAST. SURE WOULD BE BETTER THAN STRUGGLING WITH FUTURE CIVIL LAWSUITS AND HEALTH VIOLATIONS FOR EXAMPLE. BE RESPONSIBLE. WITHOUT US CUSTUMERS YOU WOULDNT AFFORD THE BUISNESS YOU OWN ..

  Free breakfast unless you leave by 530.. why can't I grab cereal on my way out? Or possibly some toast...The night auditor sucks. Hope your inventory is right when you start breakfast for people who aren't there anymore..

  We stopped here to spend the night on the way to Joshua Tree. The rooms were very nice and the STAFF was amazing! We had already checked out of our hotel and I didn’t realize I forgot my bag and one of the employees ran out of the hotel to make sure I didn’t forget it. I was amazed at how sincere he was! I wish I got his name. What wonderful people highly recommend!
