Bed is comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Breakfast ok. But age is showing in the tubs, scratches and rust. And, as always, the TV remote was not working. This time it turned TV on and even changed channels. But the volume button was not working at all

I stayed here for 10 days. Initially, I was placed in a room on the side of the building where the Wi-Fi was essentially unusable. I called the front desk and was moved to a first-floor, more central room near the lobby, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal was still very unreliable, slightly better when the hotel was less full, but largely unusable on weekends. I often had to work from nearby coffee shops instead. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, though the breakfast was good and font desk staff were generally helpful. Special shout to the man who takes care of the breakfast area daily, he is very attentive and and extremely hard working guy. Parking is available but costs an additional $15 per night, which is worth noting. Just note, I always felt like I couldn’t get clean in there and I’m by no means a germaphobe. On the second-to-last night of my stay, I found a dead bed bug and had a bite on my thigh, which was obviously disgusting and ultimately overshadowed the positives, I slept on the sofa the last night. Overall, while there were some things I appreciated, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

I have been on a 3 month roadshow staying in Holiday Inns throughout and this one is def one of the worst. There is construction going on so the hallways and rooms smell of chemicals. Requested a room on the second floor and was told there was none available (sure) Had to through an extremely long hallway to get to my room. Room next to pool, everyone walks by and can see inside my room so had to leave the blinds down at all times. Bathroom was tiny and felt gross, no ventilation. The wifi does not work at all in the room, had to work the 2 nights i was there and had to use my phone hot spot. I told the font desk and they are aware but nothing has been done for this issue. The tub does not drain so while showering it fills almost to the top.Gross. They don't clean the rooms, have to request it. I did request it and the lady never came. Just not a good experience at this hotel, it should be a 2 star, not a 3 star. Would not recommend at all.

I stayed here for one night during a work trip. The staff was friendly, but I did experience a few issues. The room had a noticeable smoke odor, and the bathtub had visible stains. My room was also right next to the parking lot facing the Chick-fil-A drive-through, which made it quite noisy throughout the evening. Overall, it wasn’t the most restful stay. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet night.
