  Working nights in town. This is a great hotel. Clean,comfortable and nice and dark for day time sleeping. Feather pillows and cozy lighting. Great staff , great breakfast

  Check-in was a positive experience—the front desk staff on shift were friendly, personable, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of my stay. The hotel was quite noisy, particularly at night, which made it difficult to rest. The room, especially the bathroom, is in significant need of updates/repairs. Housekeeping only serviced my room once during my stay, and that was only after I specifically requested it; at no point did I have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. There also appeared to be a system update or technical issue that caused multiple billing errors. As a result, my corporate card was charged several times, creating an unnecessary, and frustrating situation. When I checked out, the supervisor on duty provided poor customer service, and did little to help resolve the issue. Additionally, the incidental hold of $50 per night felt excessive. I travel frequently for work, and regularly stay with IHG properties; in my experience, I’ve never paid more than a $100 incidental hold for an entire stay—not $250. Ultimately, the most convenient aspect of this hotel was its proximity to my office, but beyond that, the stay fell short of my expectations.

  The hotel is under construction so has potential. I was just shocked by all the traffic and congestion in the area. Never lightens up? The windows are singled paned which makes the rooms cold and damp even with the loud heater running. The staff did their best with friendliness. I must admit it is a very clean facility. Also there is a parking fee that is not mentioned until registration. All and all it was sufficient for what was needed.
