I have been on a 3 month roadshow staying in Holiday Inns throughout and this one is def one of the worst. There is construction going on so the hallways and rooms smell of chemicals. Requested a room on the second floor and was told there was none available (sure) Had to through an extremely long hallway to get to my room. Room next to pool, everyone walks by and can see inside my room so had to leave the blinds down at all times. Bathroom was tiny and felt gross, no ventilation. The wifi does not work at all in the room, had to work the 2 nights i was there and had to use my phone hot spot. I told the font desk and they are aware but nothing has been done for this issue. The tub does not drain so while showering it fills almost to the top.Gross. They don't clean the rooms, have to request it. I did request it and the lady never came. Just not a good experience at this hotel, it should be a 2 star, not a 3 star. Would not recommend at all.

I stayed here for one night during a work trip. The staff was friendly, but I did experience a few issues. The room had a noticeable smoke odor, and the bathtub had visible stains. My room was also right next to the parking lot facing the Chick-fil-A drive-through, which made it quite noisy throughout the evening. Overall, it wasn’t the most restful stay. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet night.

Only stayed for a night for a concert in Oakland. Great and safe place to stay at, would definitely recommend if you’re worried about safety in Oakland. Parking garage with security although it is $15 a night also a $50 hold on your card for damages or anything but it does get reversed so don’t worry. Breakfast was good too. Only thing is the elevator old so it’s a bit sketchy. Booked through Expedia and zero issues.

I made reservations for three nights. I awoke to loud construction above me. I asked for another room and was denied. Their attitude was "who cares". I checked out and was assured I would get a refund. Three weeks later and 10 phone calls, no action. Half of the calls assured me I would get a refund.
