Rooms are disgustingly dirty. First room had a musty smell and hair all over bed. Switched room which also had hair on bed, but also had bugs in the bathroom and the same smell + disgusting stains on the carpet and furniture. Originally scheduled to stay two nights and looked to cancel as soon as we walked in, but was given excuses ranging from we have to charge you a one night fee, maybe the manager can cancel this but they’re not here, etc. We ended up leaving after the first night and will pay for the first night, but they’re refusing to refund the second night even though we checked out early. Also, elevator and EV chargers have been broken since at least April 2025. They only put the sign telling you this on every floor except the lobby.

First and foremost-- the Keurig machine in our room had yellow water with something floating in it. The front desk gave us a discount when we told her about it which was appreciated, but we still would never ever stay there again. It was the worst breakfast I've ever had at a Holiday Inn. They were out of most items, and the items that they did have tasted like they were there for quite awhile (it was only 7:30) and the floor was sticky everywhere. Only one out of 2 elevators was working. There were stains on the couch that my daughter was planning on sleeping on (she ended up sleeping with a family member because it was so gross)and only one outlet was working so we had to tag team charging items.
