Do not go to the restaurant if you want to eat. How can they have a hamburger for 20 bucks but are out of fries. Who ever heard of a burger and salad? If you have a dining companion, dont actually expect to eat together. My dining companion didnt get their food until after 45 minutes after mine. So I waiting until my companion got their meal..so it was a cold burger and salad. Spoke with Management who said they would give bonus points to Hilton Honors Account rather than a refund to my credit card as this was unacceptable. Poimts Never showed up. Don't worry Hilton Corporate will hear about it as its November and have 29 nights this year with more to come before end of year.

The bar was having issues on the night we were there, with slow service and being out of several beers and liquors. The batender was pleasant, but you needed to be patient. The food was the same as listed at other Hilton Gardens, but our flatbread was quite soggy and didn't have the flavor that we get elsewhere.

My couple and I got there on 10/23 at night (room 230) All ladies in the reception were very kind, friendly and professional. The hotel is super clean. We requested a room located in a quiet area, they gave us what we asked for. The downsides of this hotel are: 1) they clean the rooms every other day, however it was not a big deal for us. 2) the pillows are very bad quality, nor comfy at all 3) they never answer the phone, they put you o hold for long time 4) hotel doesn’t have safe boxes 5) I forgot my iPhone charger connected in the outlet of the room, I called to ask them to hold it until I could pick it up however they didn’t find it. I called the same day that I left the hotel. They never called me back.

Cheap hotel. Bad enough they're overcharging you to stay in the middle of farmland but they have the nerve to charge for that cheap, fake food hotel breakfast they have. I wouldn't stay here again and noone should ever stay here. If a hotel is doing so bad it has to charge guests for breakfast it should open it's building up and become a motel instead. Pathetic, on top of everything their hallways smell like urine.

I would NOT stay at this hotel if you are in a wheelchair. I booked a room with a family member who needed mobility accessible. My family member has mobility issues. We needed to stay on the first floor. When we checked in we were NOT told that the first floor rooms did not have HOT water. We did not know about NO hot water until 9 pm at night when we needed to take a shower. I was told that they were just waiting to see if we were going to have hot water. I can't believe a hotel would do this. It is now 9 pm at night what are we going to do. Tired and already settled in the room. I don't think the hotel placed any other guests on the first floor. We should have been told before we were checked into the room so we could make that decision. I was given a key for a second floor room to be able to take a shower. Next morning we had hot water. My family member decided to take a shower. The shower hose then fell apart while taking the shower with water everywhere. Myself and one other person needed to go to a second floor room to take our shower. When we left the next morning for the day I let the front desk know about the shower hose falling apart so that it could be fixed. We were out of the room all day. When we returned at 5 pm the bathroom shower hose had not been fixed the soaked towels were still on the floor. When I went to the front desk I think they tought it was funny. I then asked if we needed to go to the second floor to take a shower. I was told they would need to check with the manager. I can't believe a hotel would treat you this way. This was such a nightmare I couldn't believe this was happening. I checked out to drive home. After being up almost two days now I needed to drive home a 6 hour drive. I was not going to pack up and go to another hotel. If I was going to pack the car I am just going to drive home. I hate giving bad reviews like this. I will start giving good reviews to businesses that treat you with respect.
