One of the staff in the breakfast area was extremely cheery and had great customer service. However, the hotel did have a smell when walking in. We also used the stairway which absolutely smelled rancid. Seems the carpet needs to be deep shampooed or replaced. Once inside the room it was clean and didn’t have a smell. Our room specifically had a broken screen window and cracks along the walls and window sill seems it just needs a contractor to make some adjustments there.

They were flexible with our late check in time, it’s on the highway but with the ac unit on we didn’t hear the cars. Amanda serves a delicious breakfast, with a thousand smiles service. Clean, comfortable, plushy towels, tasty food, and hot showers we got a relaxing stay before heading into snowy Sequoia National Park.

Nice clean parking, rooms were nice, needed items in our room and the admin ladies at front desk were so helpful and so patient with us! Breakfast was amazing and Amanda was so good to us! - LLLisaFeb 14, 20261.0This hotel is clearly neglected. The rooms are old, beat up, musty & windows are dirty & have condensation in them. The bathtub is missing sealant around it. The rooms are equivalent to a motel 6! There is no pillow menu as advertised & the pillows are very small. The room looks nothing like the photos. The staff was unknowledgeable about their job and unfriendly at the front desk. First morning a very loud cleaning lady was pounding on each of the room doors and yelling “housekeeping “ at 7am. The parking lot was very dirty & full of leaves. Looks like It hasn’t been cleaned in months. The entry way to hotel is hard ton find, narrow and has non signage or lighting. It’s not v easy tom find in the dark. We will never stay at this hotel again & will be hesitant ton stay at another Best Western
