- YDYolanda Rosas DoeMar 6, 20262.0I called the hotel to ask questions about the layout before I book anything but the minute I stated I need to book a room, they say sent me to their reservation line and I was unable to get my other questions out. So I'm talking to the lady, Informing her that I needed the 1st floor that my husband is disabled and cannot walk far he has an amputated leg and we've been driving all day. I thought she understood my situation but apparently she did not. And I did mention that if she cannot accommodate us then dont book cause they would already take the money from our account. We get there and I let the lady in the front desk know that I have a reservation and need to check in. Before anything I let her know that I had requested a bottom floor and that my husband is disabled and has an amputated leg. She had told me that who ever booked my reservation did not leave any messages. I was floored how can a person make a reservation and not know what to do when a customer is requesting something, anyways she ended up giving me a 3rd floor room that is clearly across the back away from the elevators. I swear this was the stupidest person ever. The front desk lady had changed me to the second floor and closer to the elevators and gave me a wheelchair for him.

- AHAdin HerberFeb 10, 20263.0You get more bang for your buck at the Holiday inn in Hesperia. This one does NOT have free breakfast. I had to switch rooms upon check in because the shower in the first room was falling apart. Some of the doors in the room wouldn’t close, the A/C unit didn’t blow hot air, just air. The windows were extremely dirty too. Only thing that made up for it was the customer service.
