  This hotel has refused to provide a full refund due to a criminal who stole my identity and fraudulently utilized my credit card and Priceline information to book a room. Once I saw the charge I immediately called the hotel to inform them, filed a report with the sheriff dept and notified Priceline. When Priceline contacted the hotel they refused a full refund because the CRIMINAL had checked in and had put his name on the reservation and had an ID that was presented at check in even though he used my name and cc to book the room. Zero stars they may as well be criminals themselves for keeping my money that was stolen and allowing a CRIMINAL to continue to stay there on my dime via my hard earned pension as I am a retired fixed income person!

  This hotel is brand new. The staff made the booking, check-in and check-out process easy and IHG members get later check out times. I got a king bed room, and it was smaller than the king bed room I usually get at the holiday inn express down the road, which is also an IHG property. The bed was very comfy though, and nothing was wrong with the room upon arrival. The fitness center is nothing extraordinary, just like any economy hotel. The lobby is nice and there is plenty of parking. However, the breakfast is very weak. Small muffins, English muffins and sliced bread, red apples and oranges, coffee and a toaster is what was provided. The juice machine did not work and neither did the microwave. Breakfast included really shouldn’t even be advertised at that point. This hotel will always be a second option to the holiday inn express, where I get a bigger room and much better breakfast. I frequent to hesperia once a week, too.

  Good and not so good things. We enjoyed our stay. Shockingly soft, comfortable beds, since it’s so new everything felt extra clean and fresh. When we first walked into our room it actually smelled like fresh paint still, that’s how new it was. But not in a toxic to our brains way. The staff were all very nice and friendly. If you want to rely on the shower products they provide, for once a hotel chose a legit brand! They provide Dove shower and hand products which is awesome. The breakfast is pretty weak. They could step that up for sure. And my only serious complaint is the bathrooms. The tile chosen for bathroom is dangerously slippery. The walk in shower was also dangerously slippery-needs extra texture or something. My husband also noticed the caulking around the shower and floor is already cracked so water damage might happen- room 301, in case someone who can get it fixed sees this. For adults the walk in shower was awesome but since we have small children who aren’t ready for the shock of a shower it was really scary for our youngest. We made it work but yeah. The slippery floor was my biggest issue, really bothers me. I’d still go back to it, just be more cautious knowing what a hazard it is. Oh and No mini fridge or microwave was a major let down as well. Still giving 5 stars because cleanliness, feeling safe, and how me and my family are treated my most important to me.

  Awesome hotel, super clean and new! The breakfast is pretty good, but it would be even better if they added boiled eggs 🥚 and waffles. Also, it would be great to have access to the hotel from different sides of the street instead of just one way! The rooms are spacious, definitely clean, and equipped with modern technology. It's a bit disappointing that there's no pool, as having a jacuzzi would have been a fantastic way to end the day. Just imagine finishing a relaxing day with a pool and jacuzzi! Please think about adding that to your amenities. Overall, it was a great experience with very friendly and attentive staff. I definitely recommend this place!!
