She said if I wanted a receipt I should have booked my reservation directly with Holiday Inn rather than a third-party booking service. Very poor customer service!

Only complaint is that walls are very thin, if you have loud neighbors, you're going to hear them. Breakfast has been pretty good each day. Since they had flooding recently, they are waiving the $12 per day parking fee for now. I was surprised to learn about the parking fee as I didn't see anything on their site about it. Would stay here again overall.
