- AMArpee MarkarianJan 4, 20261.0I checked in tonight for a 3-night stay. Everything went smoothly until the moment I turned on the water to shower. I quickly found that the water was not heating up at all, neither in the shower nor at the bathroom sink. I couldn't shower or wash up at the sink. This happened around 11 p.m., before bed, therefore ruining what should have been a restful night. After calling both customer service and the front desk, I was told there is nothing they can do tonight. This is the WORST hotel experience I've had. I'm in shock that they would check in guests knowing that there isn't any hot water because of boiler issues, which is what the front desk told me. I do not recommend this place.
