Rooms were really great. Beds were so comfortable after a long work day it was like sleeping on a cloud. Rooms are upgraded and clean plus we had room service the whole week which was nice coming home to. Great location a short walk to the beach or downtown. Don't forget the complementary breakfast in the a.m. the cooks are amazing.

This was our first visit to Ventura and we couldn't have chosen better. Centrally located, we parked the car and explored on foot. Dinner on the pier. A movie in downtown. Strolling the Mission area. We felt safe and loved how close we were to everything.
The room had a 'wow' factor upon entering. This mid-century hotel was completely refurbished and felt very new, clean, and comfortable. The toiletries were delightful, too. While we didn't have breakfast, we did check out the area and it looked delicious and very appealing. We will definitely be back!
Not for families of 5. Instead go to Stay Bridge in Oxnard. No rollaway beds at this place. We made a reservation for one room for 2 adults and 3 kids. We called twice and both times they confirmed a roll away was available. When we got there they said they don’t have those. Calling around,it sounds like only 2 beds are allowed per room in Ventura, so it felt like they weren’t being upfront with us from the start. No apologized or took ownership the miss information. The manager Carlos dint seem bothered by leaving us hosed on vacation. I think code is different in Oxnard. Staybridge was little more expensive but waaaaaaay better!

I recently stayed at Best Western at Ventura Pier, and I can honestly say this place exceeded all expectations. For the price, it’s an absolute steal. You get so much more value than you would expect from a hotel in this range.
The amenities were impressive across the board. The breakfast wasn’t just basic, it was a full, satisfying breakfast with plenty of options, which is always a huge plus. The room itself was modern, updated, and extremely clean. From the sheets and linens to the towels, everything felt fresh, high-quality, and well cared for. They even provided complimentary water and had coffee service in the room, which added a really nice touch of convenience.
What really stood out was how clean the entire property was. Not just the rooms, but the grounds as well, everything was spotless and clearly well maintained. On top of that, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even better.
We also felt very comfortable with the parking situation, our cars felt secure the entire time, which is something you don’t always get at every hotel.
The location is another major win. It’s close to downtown Ventura, which we visit often, making it incredibly convenient for dining, walking around, and enjoying the area.
Bottom line: I will always stay here when I’m in Ventura. I highly, highly recommend this place. It’s such a great deal, and honestly, it offers even more than I can fully put into words.
