    ROACHES, roaches,AND MORE ROACHES.i stayed at this hotel for 1 day and found roaches in my room only to have to wait almost 3 hours before anyone was able to assist me at the front desk (9:30am) when they were supposed to be back at 830am. Not only that, when I told the front desk person about the roaches he told me there was NOTHING that they could do and provided me with the business card of TAMMY BOYD whom HUNG UP IN MY FACE AFTER ME TELLING HER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. Not only that, When I contacted the Expedia travel agent and they called the hotel, THE HOTEL DENIED HAVING ROACHES WHEN WE HAVE VIDEO PROOF OF FINDING THE ROACH. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE DISRESPECTED !

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! Me and my kids drove 12 hours to get to California only to arrive at this place. First of all the picture you’re seeing of the outside of the Hotel is completely Edited the actual building looks nothing like that. So me and my kids drive up to this place and I’m like Omg this can’t be it. So I go inside the office and ask the lady if I can see the room before we check in and she tells me “No!! I can not get up from this chair “… I’m like well the picture of the Hotel looks totally different so I want to see the room, and again she says I’m not showing you the room I’ll cancel the reservation for you but I’m charging you for one night no matter what. So I’m like so if we stay one night and don’t like it can we check out and get refunded on the other nights and she says yeah. So we get our things and go into the room and it’s just an old room that they attempted to update. So we try to make the best of it and then notice we have to walk around with shoes on because the floor turns our feet and our socks black. The room has this overwhelming smell I don’t know if it’s something they clean with or what but it’s bad. The windows have something covering them I don’t know what it is but you can’t see out the windows. People party and smoke Marijuana all night and you can’t call the front desk because they close nobody is there and there isn’t even a telephone in your room. The beds are like concrete, the sofa bed mattress is awful. And the water in the shower barely comes out, good luck getting the shampoo out of your hair. The walls are paper thin you can hear absolutely Everything. So I call the front desk in the morning from my cell phone and tell her we’ll be out at check out time if I can please be refunded for our other nights because we are not comfortable there. And the Rude lady that I guess is the manager says “ No you can’t have your money back we don’t do refunds “ and she’s like if you had a problem why didn’t you report it? Well because nobody is there that’s why. So we get all of our things and I go to the office and tell her we’re checking out can I at least have my deposit back and my money I paid for parking, because they charge you 15 dollars a day to park here. And she says I’ll release your deposit but I’m not refunding your parking. And again I ask her can you please help us we’re not from here and we’re not comfortable staying here can you please just charge us for the one night we stayed. And she says I’ve already told you and I’ve told Expedia I’m not giving you your money back!!! It’s unbelievable that these people are in the business of Hospitality. How do you treat your customers so Rudely????

    I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel regarding a deposit refund. After checkout, I was told the deposit had been “released.” However, my bank confirmed that the transaction was fully settled and charged. When I contacted the hotel multiple times, they insisted the refund was processed but were unable to provide any official refund receipt, and refused to communication, all of the front desk staff are very rude. I strongly recommend future guests to carefully monitor their card statements when leave the property.

    Had to stop here briefly while passing through. The amenities are what you’d expect, but Ms. Latraun was an excellent front desk staff member and was helpful/ insightful when asked about nearby store information.
