After checkout, I was told the deposit had been “released.” However, my bank confirmed that the transaction was fully settled and charged. When I contacted the hotel multiple times, they insisted the refund was processed but were unable to provide any official refund receipt, and refused to communication, all of the front desk staff are very rude. I strongly recommend future guests to carefully monitor their card statements when leave the property.

The Front Clark Lady Is Really Nice ... my card key to access my Room gets disconnected from time to time I just go to the front desk and she programs the card back always been friendly... the room service people found something really small that I had lost under the sheets wile sleeping, that afternoon that I came back to the room I found that little thing that I had lost ontop of the bed I was sleeping in ... it's something really small that they did but it ment alooottt to me ...
