  I had a very bad day and I had to get a hotel and so I chose this one and I did it off Hotels.com and they didn’t charge me the Deposit so I wasn’t expecting it And I was frustrated and kind of slightly gave attitude to the person working and for the first time in a long time it wasn’t taken personally and she was very calm with me which intern calms me down I proceeded to apologize to her and tell her I understand it’s not you guys I didn’t even do it from your specific website and apologizing said thank you for taking my bull crap and not getting really mad at me lots of people take long stuff personally and she did very very very very well and should be rewarded for her absolutely outstanding customer service this employee‘s name is Brianna everybody has so much time to put in a complaint and no one has any time compliment so I will she’s a keeper of this company

  Had a pleasant stay. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom, and the breakfast lady was very helpful and welcoming every morning.

  Bathroom sink was gross and the shower had scum. Check where the little hole is on the bathroom sink ewwww so much gunk. I cleaned it before I used it.

  We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. It looks like it may have been remodeled recently. The breakfast was really good. They have nice amenities. I didn't get a good picture of the pool because people were swimming in it. The employees were friendly and service was good. We would definitely stay here again.

  I came in from the east coast to visit my sons, and the manager accused me of doing drugs. which I don't do. I was humiliated in front of her staff as well. Said I was recorded but won't show the recording. IHG headquarters ask for the video and was shown nothing at all. Apparently, a guest can't sit outside, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while visiting. There was only two older people walking around the building (for exercise) and the security guard. I'm like what did they see, me sitting out front. I didn't get it. She told headquarters it was because they had homeless people around. That's not me or my sons. But I guess its ok for the security guards to cut up with the homeless people in front of the people. I come in and mind my business, stay in my room, go out, don't bother no one. then get embarrassed and disrespected by some like her. I left the room clean, took out my trash every day, just for this. smh
