Secondly the tile outside of the shower had a gap that would leak water causing a mini flood. Thirdly, there was a weird stain on the couch. Apart from that the breakfast was the best I had at a hotel and everything else was clean in general.

The ac machine was ripped open for some reason and had odd smell when heating was used. They close off the food service sharply at 9:30 but they won’t fill the food when it’s empty so there will be a lot of waiting time. Do not have the scrambled eggs, it was so bad. The rooms were having a common door and they were locked. You could hear all the conversations and random sounds even burps ugh.. They say every floor has water filling station but it they are unplugged and dunno when was the last time they cleaned it. Disgusting. Cannot call the front desk the phones don’t work. Wifi signal will be there but won’t work mostly. It’s a bare minimum experience. Not a good holiday inn experience. The bed was comfortable, good location with many shops around.

Nearly an hour before breakfast was supposed to end, all the dishes were empty, with no apparent restocking plan. When food finally came out after a 30–45 minute wait, it was immediately gone as guests crowded around. It felt chaotic and frustrating, like you had to fight for food. Management and the guy at the front desk were unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. This significantly hurt the experience and needs serious improvement.
