Whether it is listening to party music and dancers above me for four nights, and a dog barking in the next room, to moving me to a room that faces that loudest, busiest street AND I had no hot water when they moved me, Their non English maintenance guy thought he would tell me how I need to turn the water on, Seriously! Then to top it off, you email the general manager Damon, and he does not even have the respect to email you back! NEVER again. I checked out early and went to a different hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When we arrived I discovered I had booked a non-refundable price from a third party website for the wrong night. The lovely woman at the desk assured me they would work with me. I rebooked right then (the right night) and crossed my fingers. I cancelled with the booking site with the expected reply that my reservation was non refundable, however, they would check with the hotel directly. Before we went to sleep I already had the notice that the hotel had approved the refund. I'm so grateful and will always stay here when I come to the hospital. In addition, the bed was comfy, the room very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was much appreciated. Thank you.
