    I had an excellent stay here at the Holiday Inn Express. I booked the room the same day, on a military rate. The gentleman behind the desk made the check in process very simple and easy. The lobby is large and they offer a printer and computers. I booked a king room and I was very surprised at how much space it had. Larger than any king room I’ve had at the two other holiday inn’s I’ve stayed at (Hesperia and Victorville). The bathroom was basically spotless, and had a walk in shower. The mattress was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for bags. The breakfast was excellent, and actually larger than the breakfast offered at Holiday Inn Express Hesperia. Free coffee is offered at this hotel too. Check out process was quick and there is plenty of parking around the building.

    My stay here was absolutely amazing thanks to the front desk agent christain. I’m very surprised he’s not a manager because his customer service skills are immaculate. Thanks to him we had an amazing trip down in Southern California. He recommended amazing restaurants and destinations for us to visit. We had many questions and he answered them all with a positive attitude. 10/10 experience thank you christain !

    The hotel is next to I-5. If you're in a room next to the interstate, it's a little loud, but it's more white noise than an annoying noise. There are good views of Six Flags and sheep on the other side of the interstate.

    Front desk clerk was an absolute jerk. We asked for towels, and he said he would send them up. They never showed-up. When I confronted him about it, he just wanted to argue and told me that I should have waited until housekeeping got there at 8:00. He also lied directly to my face and then went to hide behind the counter. No attempt to make it right, just blame the customer. How this individual ended-up in the hospitality business is beyond me.
