- HPHaven Page2 days ago4.0The hotel is next to I-5. If you're in a room next to the interstate, it's a little loud, but it's more white noise than an annoying noise. There are good views of Six Flags and sheep on the other side of the interstate.
- JBJack Bauer3 days ago1.0Front desk clerk was an absolute jerk. We asked for towels, and he said he would send them up. They never showed-up. When I confronted him about it, he just wanted to argue and told me that I should have waited until housekeeping got there at 8:00. He also lied directly to my face and then went to hide behind the counter. No attempt to make it right, just blame the customer. How this individual ended-up in the hospitality business is beyond me.

I liked my room but was told I couldn’t get top floor because they were sold out when I called, but yet….I arrive and hear them telling someone else they have open rooms. The room itself was nice, but the parking was TERRIBLE.

Everything is great, the complimentary breakfast was spot on and especially for the price you pay here. My family was very happy.
