  It was a enjoyable state for somewhere quick to stay. Very noisy though very thin walls.

  It’s 5:42 am and I am up we just got in the room after 10pm but now the people up stairs have been walking around sounds like they are rearranging furniture! So we call down to the front and the lady was so rude saying it’s common courtesy to be up at 630 to get ready to leave no it’s not common courtesy to be up rearranging furniture at 5 AM the front desk doesn’t care this has happened to us!!! The lady at the front desk says well they are in a group that gets up early to go to the casino!!!!!!! Well I got news for you and that group I needed to sleep and I don’t care if their going to the casino so my question is now that I’m up at 5 am WHOS GONNA PAY ME BACK MY $100 and because they are in a large group going to the casino how is that my problem and why am I awake this is the last time I will stay here! If you want to stay here and get some rest and be treated like the other guest you must be in a large group going to the casino good forbid you just want to rest for the night and the absolute worse I mean worse customer service the lady came to my door being a complete you know what but she didn’t go to the door or the people upstairs and say anything I’m getting my money back from my bank and I’ll be sure me and my family will never stay here again and my family loves to travel but we will find a new hotel somewhere we can sleep and rest and be treated the same as others sorry we weren’t in a large enough group to deserve sleep

  So previously I wrote a good review at this for this location. Unfortunately this is my first visit under the new ownership that took over 8 months ago. But I will never stay here again. From the moment I walked in for customer service I must have stood there for 8-10 minutes and I was calling the front office and nobody would answer the phone but you can hear a woman talking. So I had to call customer service 800 number to be able to get somebody to have the girl come help me to get the room key of course. Not only was she rude and had bad attitude towards me. But she changed my room right which was supposed to be 87 now it went to 108 . Then I asked her for a receipt which she got all upset and said she couldn't give me one not until check out she said. Which that's never been a problem before. Then first she had me in a downstairs room and once I started complaining about the receipt she decided to change my room number to upstairs which was far from the stairs. And the room she had first gave me was empty. On to breakfast problem, so if you don't have that voucher she gives you, which is smaller than a business card, then you will npt recieve breakfast. Oh and let me mention my deposit she said she's unable to give me a receipt until check out which I've never had a problem with that before. Now my deposit she gave me a small piece of paper smaller than a business card and if I lose it I won't be able to get my deposit back, how ghetto. Oh and the rooms not every room has a little coffee maker anymore so mine didn't and the bathroom light bulb is out. Once a month or once a week checks should have not be hard for a business to verify to make sure everything's working properly for people to feel comfortable, especially when we're paying for it

  Staff is nice and rooms are fairly clean. Wood floors are a little dirty, like they vaccume but don't mop. Beds are comfy enough. Main problem I had was with constant random clicking throughout the night. Its loud, a little louder than a light switch. Since it happened at random its impossible to get used to in order to fall asleep. If you are on the bottom floor, upstairs footsteps echo through your room. We were unlucky enough that our upstairs neighbors stommed around until 1 am. Not the hotels fault, but annoying.
