  Brianna was super sweet and kind. She was very informative about the property and where to park. She greeted us with a smile and had a wonderful personality. 10 out of 10, she deserves a raise.

  Horrible. The rooms are comparable to a motel 6. Huge gap under the room door, metal bases to beds that are loud. Socks turned black, after walking around a little. People were congregating in the parking lot at 2 in the morning hollering and laughing, alarms kept going off, just a really bad place, checked out after first night and went to the Sheraton. Pay the extra $ this place was yucky

  2/15/2026 Sat, We stayed in Room 200 range (upstairs). Price for room was reasonable. You can hear the neighbors doors open and close. I got woken up by this way too early. Toilet flushes really loud and feels like it’s going to explode but at least it’s powerful enough you won’t get clogged toilets. Floor is not carpet (laminated wood) and was nice alternative. At 8:45am had Breakfast, it was actually good. 👍🏽 Sadly the lady was sitting and looked tired and was not keeping track of the metal heating food bins. Her tip jar was full maybe from early mad rush! I got the last sausages patties and 5 small pieces of seasoned potatoes. There was plenty of scrambled eggs. Which is what 2 others that arrived afterwards ended up eating. They also were disappointed there was no more hot food. Only Cereal, waffles, bread & coffee.

  I stay here for business purposes, usually 3 times per month. Recently I’ve been noticing many displaced people staying at the property, staying up late loitering the lot smoking/ vaping in and around the pools and common areas. The rooms use to be kept up but now the furniture is damaged or stained with unknown substances. On my last stay I made a formal suggestion of management to change my room due to subpar room conditions the onsite manager (Alex) basically used very unpleasant words and suggestions of where I should stay if I was not pleased with my stay threatening me to put me on the “ no stay list” if I was going to request a room change. Best western you are way better than this, please get back to the basics and train your personnel with adequate skills to make the customer feel comfortable and confident that they will consider patronizing your establishment again.

  This place is very nice kept clean, we did have an issue with them having to work on the water for a couple days where we didn't have water. We extended our stay for three more days and our key didn't work on the original day we were supposed to check out so we had to go to the front desk to get our key to work again even though we had extended it. The cleaning service lady doesn't speak a lick of English which was very frustrating because she's knocking at our door early before we were even supposed to check out. We don't know what to say to her so we have to use our phone to translate which is kind of ridiculous. How is it they get hired without speaking any english? They should be able to speak a couple words of English to understand what we're saying to them that's not fair. Overall this place is pretty decent but there is some minor annoyances. If you're checking out at 11:00 you shouldn't have to worry about anything until 11:00.
